Find It PR Joins Forward Business Community
Find It PR, a digital platform for searching residential and commercial properties in Puerto Rico, has officially joined the Forward community, further expanding its presence in the local real estate technology market.
The platform, created by Jubal Rodríguez and Jaime Ginorio, is designed to help users easily find properties across the island. As part of its integration with Forward, Find It PR will collaborate with PlateaPR to support their shared mission of informing and empowering communities on topics including housing and property search.
According to Rodríguez, the partnership aligns with Platea's role as a comprehensive digital hub, where now users can both learn about the process of buying a home and access a tool to find properties.
Tony Navarro, President of Red Ventures Puerto Rico and co-founder of Forward, stated that the addition of Find It PR reinforces Forward's commitment to economic development and supporting young talent on the island. Forward includes companies such as Platea, Nave Bank, Xtillion, Guide, nBeta, Abarca, and the Criollos de Caguas franchises.
Find It PR began in 2020 as a university project to solve a real challenge the founders faced when searching for housing. Since then, the platform has evolved into a fully developed property search solution with features like automated alerts when new listings match user criteria, customizable lists, and detailed property information including construction year, CRIM payments, price history, and time on the market.
